Responsibilities
- Perform heavy manual labor including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Operate power tools and construction equipment under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks on the job site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans.
- Follow all company policies and OSHA safety guidelines strictly.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
