Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks and duties.
- Operate hand and power tools, maintaining them in good working order.
- Perform general cleanup of work areas, including debris removal and site preparation.
- Follow all safety regulations and site instructions at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow workers.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) regularly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to work well within a team and follow directions.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
