Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including framing, drywalling, and finishing.
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials and tools efficiently to job sites.
- Perform basic site preparation, including cleaning, digging, and leveling ground.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment under strict supervision and safety guidelines.
- Ensure strict adherence to all OSHA safety regulations and site protocols at all times.
- Transport debris and waste to designated disposal areas and maintain a clean workspace.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License (Preferred but not required).
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus.
