Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks on the job site.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and clean construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and project instructions.
- Perform basic measurements, cutting, and fitting as directed.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work well in a team.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for safety signs and instructions.
