Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks as needed.
- Perform site cleanup, including removal of debris, trash, and unused materials.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe worksite.
- Measure and cut materials as directed by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow safety instructions.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not strictly required.
- No prior construction experience is necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
