Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction activities on-site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Prepare surfaces for pouring concrete and assist with general site cleanup.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and foremen.
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- No prior construction experience is necessary; on-the-job training provided.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team.
