Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks.
- Perform general site cleanup and maintenance to ensure a safe workspace.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and correctly.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols strictly.
- Read and interpret blueprints and basic job instructions.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government-issued ID.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials accurately.
- Must provide own steel-toed boots and safety glasses.
