Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily operations.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Unload and stock construction materials and supplies.
- Follow all company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required for immediate hires.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
