- Load/unload construction materials and transport equipment as needed
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Perform physical tasks requiring strength, stamina, and attention to detail
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train from day one!
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and learn new skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
