Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site in Denver, CO.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various tasks and operations.
- Perform general site cleanup, including removing debris, trash, and waste materials.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and site-specific instructions.
- Prepare work areas by laying out materials and ensuring the site is accessible and organized.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with zero prior construction experience.
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work a full-time schedule.
