Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on construction sites, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under the guidance of supervisors.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks such as digging, cleaning, and site preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in accordance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Follow all safety protocols (OSHA guidelines) and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus but not required.
- Must have a valid ID and be eligible to work in the United States.
