Responsibilities
- Assist with material handling, loading/unloading trucks, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Perform excavation, grading, and basic concrete work under supervision
- Maintain clean job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Support skilled trades with framing, demolition, and finishing tasks
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID and ability to pass background check
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/early mornings
- Basic math skills for material measurements and inventory
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Fresno County
- Ability to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided by company)
- Positive attitude and commitment to team collaboration
