Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and maintaining safety zones
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, tool management, and task execution
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (e.g., saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and report workplace hazards immediately
- Perform cleanup duties including waste removal and site restoration
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as directed
- Adapt to dynamic project schedules and weather conditions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
