Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and concrete work.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools on job sites.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA regulations.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from foremen and project managers.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically demanding work requires good stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong team player attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
