Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Support skilled trades with material handling and basic installation tasks
- Complete daily equipment checks and basic maintenance procedures
- Adhere to project schedules and communicate progress to site supervisors
- Participate in mandatory safety training and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements and inventory
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following instructions
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
