Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Dig trenches, foundations, and holes for new construction projects.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various tasks.
- Keep the work site clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Follow all safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Perform basic site cleanup and maintenance duties.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices (OSHA standards preferred).
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Experience in general construction or general labor is a plus but not required.
