Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons, etc.) with daily tasks and site preparation.
- Load, unload, and accurately distribute construction materials and tools to designated work areas.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal, trenching, and general site maintenance.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations, company protocols, and site-specific instructions.
- Ensure work areas remain organized and safe for all personnel.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit with the stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred; a clean driving record is a plus.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but we provide on-the-job training for motivated individuals.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and rugged terrain.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
