Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using test equipment and hand tools
- Coordinate project timelines and communicate with clients/supervisors
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Mentor junior technicians and enforce safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee Electrician License (or equivalent reciprocity)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong understanding of NEC and local building codes
- OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun) with occasional weekday support
