Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under the supervision of a foreman.
- Perform basic site measurements and assist with concrete pouring or framing tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Transport materials to and from the work area as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is preferred but not always required.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic reading and math skills for measuring materials.
- Enthusiasm for learning new construction techniques.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
