Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Participate in daily team briefings
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Basic understanding of construction tools/equipment
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Must be available for 10-12 hour shifts
- No felony convictions within past 5 years
