Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long periods.
- Willingness to Learn: No prior construction experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow is essential.
