Responsibilities
- Load/unhaul construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Perform excavation, trenching, and earthmoving tasks
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete, framing, and finishing work
- Maintain site cleanliness and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
