Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs) and physical labor in outdoor environments
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Participate in daily safety briefings and hazard prevention
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Physical stamina for extended outdoor work in desert conditions
