Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by cleaning, digging trenches, and leveling the ground.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- General Labor: Perform a variety of manual tasks including mixing concrete, carrying lumber, and assisting with framing.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic machinery such as forklifts, skid steers, and jackhammers (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized worksite at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is preferred but not required (we train eager candidates).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- License: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Communication: Ability to read and understand basic safety instructions and communicate effectively with the crew.
- Residency: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
