- Operate power tools and heavy machinery under direct supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Demolish structures and prepare sites for new construction.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy loads (50+ lbs).
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not mandatory for immediate hire.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
