Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools on job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywall, and painting.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Follow OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Perform basic measurements and cut materials as directed by supervisors.
- Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with the team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads (50+ lbs) repeatedly without assistance.
- Must be available to work the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
