Responsibilities
- Perform general site preparation, including digging, cleaning, and debris removal.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks such as framing, drywalling, or concrete pouring.
- Operate power tools and construction equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors.
- Help with minor repairs and maintenance around the job site.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the US.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
