Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and equipment operation
- Maintain clean and safe job sites through debris removal and organization
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Perform site preparation tasks including excavation and grading
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Complete daily tasks efficiently and meet production goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
- Basic math skills for material measurement
