Responsibilities
- Assist with building, remodeling, and repairing structures and fixtures using hand and power tools.
- Load, unload, and distribute materials to the job site according to project plans.
- Dig, trench, and level earth for foundations, sidewalks, or pipes.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery under supervision.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and maintain a safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
