Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywall, and painting preparation.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Read and comprehend basic blueprints, sketches, and project specifications.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and hauling materials.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA 10 preferred).
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team setting.
