Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, masons, and electricians, with various on-site tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively to support project timelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform basic site preparation, including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing support.
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions to ensure project specifications are met.
- Perform daily cleanup and waste removal duties.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates for immediate hire.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
