Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including material handling and equipment setup
- Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying construction materials
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout project phases
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards

Qualifications
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required
