Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and operating tools
- Read basic blueprints and follow supervisor instructions
- Assist with equipment operation and maintenance
- Complete daily progress reports and documentation
