Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks including digging, lifting, and material handling
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform site preparation and cleanup duties
- Assist with general construction tasks as assigned by site supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability with consistent punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Transportation to job sites required
