Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and organizing tools
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain clean, safe work areas per OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow project plans and supervisor instructions
- Complete daily maintenance tasks on machinery
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train everyone!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
