Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (e.g., shovels, saws, drills)
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and carrying
- Participate in both indoor and outdoor construction environments
- Complete daily tasks efficiently with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- Must be physically capable of standing/walking for 8+ hours daily
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Valid government-issued photo ID (required for onboarding)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Las Vegas
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, dust, etc.)
- Basic understanding of English for safety instructions and team communication
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic with punctuality
