Responsibilities
- Perform heavy manual labor including digging, lifting, and carrying construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters and electricians, with various on-site tasks and projects.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under the direct supervision of a foreman.
- Unload and organize materials from delivery trucks, ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Read and interpret basic job site instructions and safety signage.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and early morning shifts.
- Basic physical fitness and stamina required for lifting heavy loads.
- Valid driver's license is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards teamwork and safety.
