Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks, including framing, drywalling, and cleanup.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area by removing debris and following site safety protocols.
- Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting heavy objects, and assisting with concrete pouring.
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions provided by project supervisors.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local and state safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- No prior construction experience is required; we value a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
