Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare materials for construction projects.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with daily tasks.
- Ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Communicate effectively with the site supervisor and crew.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required (we train).
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (extreme heat/cold).
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
