Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including excavation, grading, and debris removal.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform physical tasks such as loading/unloading materials and moving lumber or drywall.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to complete daily project goals.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with job site standards.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn.
- Ability to perform physically demanding labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site in Oakland.
