Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks at job sites, including digging, lifting, and moving materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily operations.
- Operate basic construction tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up barriers.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety gear and tools is preferred.
- Must be available for overtime and weekend shifts when required.
