Responsibilities
- Perform general construction duties including site preparation and cleanup.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, drywall, painting, or roofing tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site protocols.
- Transport materials to and from job sites as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced team environment.
- No prior experience required; training provided for qualified candidates.
