Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, excavators, and concrete mixers
- Assist carpenters and masons with framing, roofing, and finishing tasks
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to ensure project specifications
- Manage material inventory and coordinate equipment maintenance

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience required
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
