Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for delivery to job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and excavation.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools (after training) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, grading, and concrete placement.
- Follow project blueprints and instructions provided by site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Philadelphia and surrounding NY areas.
- Commitment to following all safety protocols and wearing required PPE.
- Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
