Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup activities
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision (e.g., shovels, saws, drills)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely at job sites
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure site safety and compliance
- Follow verbal instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols
- Participate in physical tasks requiring strength, stamina, and agility
- Support various construction phases including framing, roofing, and finishing
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – entry-level candidates welcome
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
- Basic understanding of safety practices (training provided)
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
