Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site duties such as carpentry, framing, and drywall hanging.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety regulations are followed.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and safety plans.
- Perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting, standing, and bending.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor duties.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required for immediate hire candidates.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
