Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on residential and commercial construction sites.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and debris to and from the site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation as directed.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, tamping, and cleaning.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level applicants willing to learn.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to follow verbal and written safety instructions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
