Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, including clearing, cleaning, and excavation.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery under direct supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, carrying, and lifting heavy objects.
- Keep work areas organized and free of debris.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimation.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
