Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up temporary structures.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Assistance: Help skilled tradespeople with various tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and concrete work.
- Documentation: Complete daily logs and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the site supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: No prior construction experience is required; we will train you.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work as part of a team.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in various weather conditions and adhere to a strict schedule.
