Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywall, and finishing.
- Load and unload building materials from trucks and organize them at the job site.
- Operate basic construction equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and power tools.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Perform physical labor, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and instructions from supervisors.
- Perform general clean-up duties as required to ensure the site remains operational.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety regulations (OSHA standards).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Experience in construction is a plus but not mandatory.
